We are having our office pot luck today at work. Whenever someone leaves, we do a potluck with the theme of their choice, and I chose breakfast. Cause breakfast is good any time of the day!
Everyone signed up for different things; pancakes, eggs, hash brown casserole, etc... I had originally signed up to bring baked french toast, but realized that since we were having it later, it might not go well if you had to zap it in the microwave! So, I came across this recipe on Pintrest! (Okay, mine doesn't have the cute blueberries & lemon lying around it, but it's pretty much the same!!)
Those store bought donuts & danishes are really no match for my raspberry & blueberry breakfast loaves!!!!
